The Snooty Lady In The Eye Shadow Store: PISS OFF!!!

I
have officially gone to the dark side.
Yep, I dyed my hair black. It’s
a lovely blue-black inspired by the villains encountered in the Marvel
comics that I so relish. My
“blogicon” has been updated accordingly.
So, I was at the store buying some eye shadow (note: a girl can never
have enough eye shadow). This
lady, who fancied herself as posh, looked at me with a twisted-up old
crotch of face when I passed by her.
She says to her companion, in a ridiculously loud and completely
un-posh voice, “Oh my God, can you believe someone would intentionally
dye their hair that color?!”
I don’t know why I am so amazed at the foolish, judgmental cows that
graze this planet. But, I
am. It’s a hair
color...big deal...get over yourselves...you ugly, hateful, wretched
excuses of humans.
This concludes my rant. Ahhhhh,
all better.

The
Office? (08.23.06)

Ello,
I’m happy to report that recording for the EP has concluded, which
means that we are on schedule for the October release. Basically, all we
are missing is the cover art (ahem, ahem). So, once we get the cover art
we can go into production. Hope you enjoy, and there is much more to
come. I feel compelled to let anyone out there who doesn’t already
know that “The Office” is based on the British TV show of the same
name. Anyhoo, I will be going now.

The
Independence Sessions (07.04.06)
We've spent our entire holiday recording and have accomplished virtually
nothing. Perhaps this is due to the fact that we have subsisted on
chi-chis and mixed nuts.
A white homing pigeon has shown up
in my front yard. He's been hanging with the squirrels for the
past few days now. I wonder if he is lost or just taking the long
way home. I call him Amadeus.

Stuff (06.06.06)
It has been an interesting month or so. I quit the worst job ever.
Nearly got into a fight with one of the idiots from those Pleasures
commercials. Our drummer is no longer able to be part of the band.
Anyhow, I want all of the artists that submitted work to know it was
great and results will be forthcoming. But there is good news, I
saved a ton of money on my car insurance.
Thanks to you in the Netherlands,
you know who you are.

Debut
Album Has Been Titled (03.13.06)
...or untitled, rather. It
will be title-less, without a title, that which bears no title.
Anyway, it won’t have a name.
It will, however, have a green cover.
This we know for sure.
Furthermore, we have decided the debut single will feature the artwork
of YOU, our fans. We have at least a couple of those, eh?
Send a low res file of your artwork to <CONTEST
CLOSED> and maybe we’ll use it for the first single.
What’s the first single, you say?
Hell if we know!
The album will be out later this year…stay tuned.
